SOMEONE WHO DEALS EVERY DAY WITH KEYS AND LOCKS. A GOOD AUTO LOCKSMITH HAS ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO CUT AND CODE KEYS AND MAKE UP NEW LOCKS TO AN ORIGINAL KEY.
